Compétences requises:		What Will you do? The role of the C&E Intern is to support sales activities to maximize room, group, conference and event revenue through proactive selling and converting customer inquiries into confirmed sales. • Identify customer needs and provide solutions to associate them • Meet and greet customers • Check customer satisfaction after the event and resolve outstanding issues and secure future prospects • Keep abreast of hotel and business activities that impact the guest • Produce written confirmations and offers for clients, mainly in room reservations and small events • Ensure that all departments are informed of all booked events and any last minute changes • Actively convert requests • Respond positively to sales opportunities to maximize revenue • Identify new accounts to develop prospects • Work and cooperate with others, participate in department meetings, team briefings and projects, and support other team members and provide assistance as needed to ensure the team achieves collectively its objectives
