Compétences requises: | THE PERSON Previous experience in a similar position is recommendable or at least internship in Reservations or Front Office Fluent in English & French, Dutch is a plus Open-minded towards different shifts; early mornings, evenings as well as weekends and bank holidays Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual Excellent communication skills are essential Focus on exceeding customer expectations Sales oriented Previous experience of using Opera Property Management System is advantageous |
