Technical Supervisor – Pillows Grand Hotel Place Rouppe - 11/09/18

Your role As Technical Supervisor, you will be responsible for all maintenance issues within the hotel, daily maintenance checks, and repairing mechanical equipment to deliver an excellent Guest experience. You will be responsible for the operational state of the hotel, for solving all technical problems, and assembling parts, replacing, repairing and inspecting them when needed. You will organise daily and periodical checks and make sure the used materials are maintained. You will be executing installations of electricity systems, repairing (kitchen) parts, installations, facilities, lighting, sewage, etc. You will also be in charge of controlling and guiding all the different waste flows. You will prepare big maintenance repairs and follow-up on all necessary renovation projects in the hotel. The budget of the department will be one of your responsibilities as well as maintaining stock and ordering all necessary items. You will be the point of contact for all suppliers and contractors as well as project managers from HQ.

Compétences requises:		Who are you? Are you a hospitality professional with technical insight? Are you able to accurately and efficiently solve technical problems? Check your profile; You have a technical degree or equivalent by experience. Previous experience in a similar role. Advanced knowledge of building management. Basic knowledge about electrotechnics. Inventive and flexible to respond to a range of different work situations. Solution oriented and hands-on mentality. Positive and pro-active attitude. Willing to work flexible hours. Good communication skills in English, French and Dutch.
