Creative (Restaurant & Bar Service, Kitchen/Stewarding and Front Office) - 28/07/22

YOUR MAIN TASKS: Front Office  You welcome guests, take them through the registration steps (if they haven’t already done it on line) and give them relevant Venue & destination information.  Follow Hi-All Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) including registration, credit approval, billing, reservations & communications.  You thank guests and help them with the check-out House Restaurant & Bar Service  Perform Daily Restaurant operations (Breakfast, Lunch & Diner).  Taking orders & Serving at the Oui bar and Restaurant.  Organisation & Coordination of the Meetings and Events.  Participate to the daily operational duties (set-up and storage). Kitchen/Stewarding  Bring orders to the Kitchen  Prepare and serve the dishes  Refill the Breakfast Buffet THINK FLOW  You know this is a job about flexibility - you are as comfortable serving behind the counter in the OuiBar, waiting tables, serving RedEvents, sweeping the doorway as you are greeting guests, be ready to have your stewarding cap on, assist guest helping them navigate the Venue and ensuring that their Red experience starts well and just gets better & better.  You help out where it’s needed - there are no department boundaries in Red.  You give it your all to create great guest experiences.  You communicate within fellow Creatives... constantly.  You offer ideas, make suggestions and encourage fellow Creatives - for the benefit of guests, the venue and your colleagues.
