Radisson RED sees things differently. We don’t have ‘staff’ we have ‘Creatives’. We are now looking for our Reservations Creative. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES: - Following-up on contracts and prospects’ requests - Providing the hotel’s future guests, groups, Tour Operators or companies with an efficient, professional and friendly reservations service - Assisting the Revenue Manager in ensuring that occupancy and ADR are efficient and maximizes revenues for the hotel - Providing efficient, prompt, courteous, trouble-free and proactive service to customers and colleagues, hence maximizing guest satisfaction - Performing all tasks according to departmental guidelines, the departmental business plan and the Radisson Red corporate guidelines and service concepts - Ensuring all activities are performed in ways that are consistent with the Responsible Business principles of operation.
