Onze Meeting & Events Sales Coordinators houden van details, zijn competitief en ambitieus om resultaten te bereiken door hun Yes I Can! sm benadering. Relaties bouwen om de meest verfijnde en stylish corporate- en leisure evenementen te creëeren is een must! DE ROL Als Meeting & Events Coordinator, zul je voornamelijk verantwoordelijk zijn voor de volgende taken: • Group Requests behandelen • Onderhandelen met klanten in alle aspecten • Voorbereiding van function sheets • Het organiseren en leiden van weekelijkse function sheet meetings • Het boeken van Conferentiezalen en Kamers • Organisatie van leisure programma’s voor business groepen • Guest relation • Adequaat handelen van betalingen/facturen voor business groepen
