Guest Service Agent - Day & Night Receptionist - 14/03/23

We are now looking for a Guest Service Agent - Day & Night Receptionist to join our dynamic team here at Park Inn by Radisson Brussels Midi We focus on you as a person, your skills, talents, and passion – not only on your resume. Guest Service Agent - Day & Night Receptionist Role : Our position as Guest Service Agent, will allow you to help our guests any time in different areas of the hotel. You will navigate from being a host day & night at reception, to act as restaurant/bar assistant and further to help in the food preparation. There is not a boring time with us! Key responsibilities as Guest Service Agent day/night: -Excellent team player with strong communication skills, you will have a passion for delivering a great customer experience -Participates in the prompt and courteous check in and check out of guests -Responds to guest requests for information about the hotel and its surroundings -Arranges for special services requested by the guest -Performs night audit duties as required -Achieves departmental targets for guest satisfaction, room revenue and company initiatives and promotions by supervising the Front Office operation -A positive approach, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for producing high quality customer care -Driven and ambitious to inspire the team to consistently deliver and exceed service standards Food Preparation duties: -Prepares and properly garnishes food orders as they are received in accordance with recipes and proper plate presentation -Supervises and supports team members in own section to achieve optimum quality -Follows proper safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices at all times Drink Preparation duties : -Serves guests in a prompt and courteous manner in accordance with Food & Drink service standards -Promotes additional sales by taking opportunities to up-sell -Maintains a thorough working knowledge of the food & drink menus items to be able to advise guests on selection and promote additional sales accordingly
