Receptionist H/F/X As a front desk agent your are the first point of contact and you are representing the hotel Van Belle. You provide helpful guidance and a warm tailored service. You deliver a great guest experience because all guests are unique! Your responsibilities : - Welcome guests warmly and create a convivial relationship with them, be able to manage orders at the bar during your shift. Working as a part of a team. - Ensure efficiently the registration and check out process (check-in, check out, issue room keys,...) - Maximise the hotel’s revenue by up-selling rooms and by selling other hotel’s services (breakfast, bar, …) - Provide practical relevant and accurate information (tourism, public transport, restaurants,...) - Answer the phone and mails in a courteous manner - Handle any customer complaints and demands in a professional manner - Communicate any relevant information to the appropriate hotel’s departments - Run daily reports (number of arrivals, departures) - Follow all hotel procedures (security, accounting,…)

Compétences requises:		- Bilingual English/French, another EU language is an asset - Helpful, and customer oriented, smiling, good presentation - Strong communication skills, happy listening - Basic computer skills and basic numbers skills - Multitasking skills, able to manage priorities - Ability to work both in a team and independently - Willingness to work week and weekends from 7am-3pm or from 3pm-11pm - Familiarity with the hospitality industry a plus.
