Restaurant Manager / Maître d'hôtel - 13/01/20

You will work alongside the Executive Chef as a face and driving force of our restaurant, and a key member of our management team. You’ll be responsible for the flawless running of restaurant operations, maintaining a cool head and positive attitude as you steer the restaurant team. You’ll be passionate about giving guests the warm, intuitive service they’ve come to expect from Rocco Forte Hotels, and you’ll draw on your outstanding leadership and communication skills to ensure those high standards are met by your team. You’ll set clear, realistic goals and monitor staff performance to nurture their personal and professional development. And you will lead by example – guiding team members to become adept at anticipating guests’ every need and take pride in consistently exceeding their expectations.
