JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a trusted person with talent, professionalism and a brilliant personality to join our team as a maintenance technician as soon as possible! THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE Together with the General Manager and the Housekeeper Manager, you are involved in everything related to maintenance and small repairs, both inside and outside the hotel. You will lead and be the first point of contact for guests and team members when reporting a problem or malfunction. Working as a Maintenance Technician manager means that every day is not the same as the previous one. A few days you will be involved in reviews and repairs at the hotel, in others you will be involved in work to develop a series of technical activities and collaborate with external companies involved MAIN ACTIVITIES Keep the hotel in perfect maintenance conditions Be the first point of contact for maintenance issues for guests and staff Perform all relevant repair work at the hotel and its surroundings Performing maintenance checks and be able to handle a maintenance calendar in the deadlines fixed Manage relationships with external companies in technical and maintenance matters.

Compétences requises:		WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Have relevant training in maintenance/construction / plumbing / painting / electricity / building installations (heating boilers, air conditioner, sprinklers etc.) etc. Have at least 2 years of local experience in a similar position (preferably in a hotel environment) Have a good mastery of French and preferably also English and why not Spanish! Be able to work with flexible hours: 38 hours per week divided into shifts including weekends Ability to prioritize and coordinate Experience to buy and maintain the appropriate material in house Positive, can-do attitude, always ready to find solutions Good interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff Reliability and ability to work independently Motivation to learn and share your experiences with others
