At our Service & Support Office, we are keen to make a personal effort in assisting our different hotels and residences so they can entirely focus on “adding color to our guests’ days”! Plan and set-up social media campaigns and content (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn) Assist organizing promotions on brand.com (packages, articles) Help set-up of email campaigns & monitoring Maintain images & descriptions on all channels and ensure consistency Help maintaining content on brand.com and optimization of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Lookup for web opportunities (new channels, new e commerce trends…) Help set-up and organization for brand events Creation of designs for the properties (basic knowledge of Indesign and Canva are a plus) Ensure good communication with all cluster departments and properties Participate to weekly Marketing meeting with Service and Support Office Manager Participates to weekly Service and Support meeting Identification and analyze of blogger influencers Perform any other reasonable request related to the function as directed by the Service and Support Manager | |
