Barman - Barmaid #Welcome - 25/05/23

We are looking for a highly motivated Barman - Barmaid to perform the following tasks: 1. Before service: - maintains and takes care of the cleaning of the equipment and the room furniture - sets up furniture and equipment; arranges tables and chairs: sets up table linen and folds towels; arranges the plates, cutlery and crockery; decorates the room and tables - sets up service equipment. - sets up the bar and the garden terrace - completes the stock as per Outlet Supervisor guidance 2. During service: - serve the guests; - clear the table; 3. After shift: - clear the tables, set up for the next service - arrange and stores service equipment; ensures order and sharpness in the outlet - clear garden fragile furniture, closes the sunshades Execute on tasks/requests as instructed by Outlet Supervisor / F&B manager.
