- Make the check in and check out, give the magnetic cards to the guests - Assist the guests when they leave - Prepare the bills and make the payments - Register arrivals and departures - Manage the reservation schedule - Receive calls and transfer them to the right contact person in the hotel - Answer emails or transfer them to the right recipients in the hotel - Ensuring the guests’ needs are met at each step of his stay - Answer to any question of the guest - Satisfy any request the customer can have - Advise the guest about the nice places to visit, the curiosities, the museums, bars, restaurants… - Store the valuables of the guests, their luggage and coats - Provide wake-up calls for guests in the morning - Arrange transportation for a guest's off-site visits
