Maintenance technician (M/W) - 30/12/22

We are looking for a motivated Maintenance technician to joing the Dominican family: . Inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues. · Repairing faulty equipment units and damaged structures. · Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures. · Managing heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality. · Performing general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentry.

Compétences requises:		;A first successful experience in industrial maintenance and follow-up . Having a first experience in the Hospitality industry is a plus · Reading mechanical / electrical drawings · BA4 or BA5 or ready to achieve this on short period · Analytical skills allowing you to quickly identify the root cause of a problem in order to provide an optimal solution · Assembly and disassembly of equipment · Demonstrate commitment, good communication, team spirit and cooperation with colleagues and managers · Flexible schedule (including weekends and bank holidays) · Eye for detail and understanding · Team working attitude
