Night Audit – Sandton Brussels Centre - TEMPORARY - 11/09/18

As Night Audit you will be responsible for the proper working conditions of our hotel in public areas, the bar, the wellness area and back of the house. You will be the first point of contact so you will have to make sure guests can enter the hotel after closing time, you will check in guests arriving late and check out guests leaving early. You will answer the phone and make sure all necessary administrative follow-up gets done (e.g. reservations, cancellations, etc). You will prepare and deliver food & drinks and assist in preparing the breakfast service for the next day. You will be responsible for the safety and security of everyone in the hotel which includes securing all hotel accesses and the parking. We are looking for someone to join our team from the end of November until the 6th of January 2019.

Vereiste vaardigheden:		Do you enjoy working in a team to keep our guests happy? Do you have an eye for detail that spots the smallest opportunity to make our guests smile? Can you motivate yourself to deliver the best service possible and to put our guest at the centre of everything we do? Check your profile; Prior experience in a similar position in the luxury segment, hotels, restaurants and/or different luxury settings with international guests. 2 Years of service experience in a luxury hotel or restaurant setting. Commitment to delivering high levels of service with attention to detail. Keen interest in continuously growing your knowledge and skills. Able to work independently with a positive mindset. Impeccable communicative skills in English and French or Dutch. Any other language is a plus. Available full time from end of November until January 6th 2019. Valid EU work permit.
