Cluster Marketing Executive - 18/09/18

JOB SUMMARY The Cluster Marketing Communications Executive provides marketing support for the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing.The position is responsible for implementing and fully leveraging marketing programs at the cluster market level, to include: Marriott marketing programs, ensuring pull through of relevant Global or European marketing platforms & initiatives; development and implementation of property and market based programs based on local need-time and demand generation opportunities Also responsible for ensuring marketing efforts are effectively integrated with the sales strategies of the organization.

Vereiste vaardigheden:		CANDIDATE PROFILE 3-5 years of marketing communications experience Previous experience in a similar role within Marriott or in hospitality preferred Familiarity with the Brussels market may be a plus Full proficiency in English and French Valid working permit for Belgium Skills and Knowledge Possesses excellent interpersonal and relationship skills Good knowledge of the market media landscape; trends, search engines and web optimization tactics Ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies Knowledge of hotel sales and operations and associated challenges from the marketing perspective Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing) Knowledge and experience with social media, such as Facebook, Twitter, Tripadvisor, Instagram Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Requires excellent organization skills and the ability to balance a variety of projects simultaneously Ability to use standard software applications, Excel, Power Point, on-line database applications, internet, web application software (i.e. EPIC) Knowledge of print, production, collateral and ad development
