| Vereiste vaardigheden: | You are the point of contact for VIPs and for customers during events at the hotel. You welcome meeting guests and guide the guests to the meeting rooms, you guarantee guest satisfaction in case of long queues and you help guests where necessary, for example by booking tourist attractions. In addition, you coordinate the showrooms, you prepare guided tours (check showrooms, prepare keys) and you accompany these tours. You are responsible for taking care of guest letters in relation to all completed guest questionnaires and for calling in the event of special remarks; under the guidance of the guest relations manager. You also do the handling of minor complaints.
