F&B director - 25/01/19

To join our wonderful team, we are looking for an experienced, passionate and charismatic F&B leader with a hands on approach. Within your role, you report to the General manager of the hotel - your team consists of an Assistant F&B, outlet managers, F&B coordinator, F&B supervisors and operational F&B staff. You work side by side and in close collaboration with our talented Chef and Culinary team. You will be able to put your mark on the catering during our meeting and events, our iconic bar, cozy restaurant, exclusive cigar lounge as well as our state of the art Sunday brunch. Your in depth F&B knowledge, people management skills, solid business acumen, personality, creativity and ability to build relationships with team and peers will enable you to excel in your role. You have had a leadership role within F&B (4-5 years) , you inspire people to be at their best which translates into a positive guest experience - As a true peoples person, you know that motivated and satisfied F&B teams will translate in happy guests and customers. Within our 5* Hotel and Outlets, our guests and customers expect only the best, you take pride into delivering upon that promise. Your focus will therefore be to continuously train and coach your teams to deliver an authentic and personalized 5* service, day after day.

Vereiste vaardigheden:		-You have the maturity to interact with our high profile, VIP guests and customers. -You have a deep understanding of numbers and how the right decisions can translate into departmental profit. You are responsible for your budget and are at ease with cost and pay roll control. -With an entrepreneurial mind set, you follow trends, think out of the box and will be able to continue to put the Wiltcher's on the 'map' of the culinary and event landscape. -With the international and local guest scene we accommodate, you are of course fluent in English and French (Dutch will give you bonus points! :) ).

The five stars hotel has 267 rooms including 40 suites and a Royal Suite. Our Meeting & Banquet facilities cater for up to 600 persons across 13 conference rooms. All our guests have also an access to the Beauty Centre & Spa, Aspria Avenue Louise.
