Floor Supervisor - 03/05/22

You will be responsible for the maintenance of guestrooms, public areas, on the hotel premises in general in a clean and orderly manner. Coordinating daily housekeeping operations and maintaining the housekeeping operating standards. Assign daily allocation and inspection for cleaning the occupied and departure rooms, giving special attention to guest needs. You will manage traces like guest requests, including VIP amenities. Lost and found procedures. Report maintenance issues to Maintenance Department. Inspect Room Attendant’s work performance within the assigned section on a daily basis to ensure the standards and productivity levels are being met and maintained. Exceptionally you may also be required to clean rooms, Lobby areas and assist the Housekeeping Manager in various activities.

Vereiste vaardigheden:		You can emphasize leadership, organization, communication abilities, customer service orientation and attention to details. You can speak French, and/or English. Together with the floor supervisor team, you will assist the Housekeeping Manager in motivating and controlling the housekeeping team to obtain maximum guest satisfaction. Ensuring that the department operates efficiently, effectively and respects the different targets set by the Operations Manager/General Manager.
