Front Office Supervisor - 22/01/19

As a Front Office Supervisor you will be co-responsible with the team for a unique experience and the overall well-being of our guests. . As an experienced professional, you will help facilitate the team so they can deliver an ultimate guest experience. You will help to ensure a warm welcome and make your guests comfortable by taking their luggage and offering a drink. With your attention for detail you ensure the perfect ambiance. Additionally your genuine guest focus will ensure their wellbeing. You will proactively provide information about the hotel and the points of interest in the area. As part of an all-round team of hosts you will combine your front office focus with back office work and where needed you will serve a drink.

Vereiste vaardigheden:		Are you communicative and solution minded? Do you deliver genuine services and strive for the best service for guests? Are you able to work together in a team to deliver the most unique experience together for our guests? Check your profile; • Several years of hotel experience gained in a luxury setting, restaurant or luxury leisure with international guests. • Several years experience within the front office in a luxury leisure setting. • A completed hospitality degree would be great. • Keen interest in continuously growing your hospitality and luxury experience. • Able to work independently with a positive mindset. • Impeccable communicative skills in English, French and/or Dutch would be an advantage.
