Sous Chef - Pillows Grand Hotel Place Rouppe - 17/04/19

As a sous Chef you are back up during absence of the Chef. You give instructions to the kitchen staff and make the service a great success. You have an extensive range of tasks where, among other things, you carry out all preparations and arrange present and garnish dishes. You give instructions for the mise-en-place and you take care of the preparations of of banquets. You also check the freshness of all products and stocks on a daily basis. The HCCP standards are certainly not unknown to you and you pay attention to this during the work. Thanks to you, the kitchen is always clean, organized and safe. Furthermore, you actively think along during the team meeting about new preparations and dishes and you like to think along with us about the layout of a new menu.

Vereiste vaardigheden:		Are you an experienced hospitality professional in the luxury segment? Can you manage your daily business with your positive attitude and enthusiasm? Check your profile; • You are educated at the Hotel School • You already have experience in a similar function in a culinary kitchen • You are flexible and eager to learn • You work accurately and independently • You can easily collaborate with other departments • You are a team player • Professional communication skills in Dutch, French and English are preferred
