Assistant Food & Beverage manager - 22/03/19

We are currently searching for an assistant F&B manager for our hotel, Courtyard by Marriott Brussels EU and our restaurant Gard Taste Scandinavian. In your role as an assistant F&B manager you will report directly to the Operations Manager. You will be in charge of the evening team (bar, restaurant & room service). Your main goal is to support the different teams to maintain and improve the guest service and quality. You work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that the food quality, quantity, presentation and service is up to standards and will keep customers interested in returning. Duties and Responsibilities - Making schedules - Organization of the work tasks - Being operational - Communication between kitchen and restaurant - Train the team (Marriott procedures, HACCP, service, …) - Follow up on HACCP and cleaning plan - Stock management (inventory, purchase, analyzing costs) - Guest service & complaint handling
