Receptionist - 02/04/19

As a receptionist you are the business card of the hotel and partly responsible for giving the guest a great experience. You are the one who leaves the first and last impression on our guests and you are of crucial importance to the service experience of the guest. Also during the stay you are the point of contact for guests and you always try to exceed their expectations. Important Tasks: - Checking the guests in and out. - Proccesing payments - Welcoming and referring guests - Dealing with incoming phonecalls - Processing the mail - Constantly providing service at a high level, both to guests and colleagues Responsibilities The receptionist will be responsible for all aspects of Front Desk operation, in order to maintain the high standards required to meet the Company and Guests expectations. You will ensure that full handovers are given and understood at the change of shift. Also you will make sure that all guests are dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner. Whilst doing your job you are always fully implementing the credit policy and procedure.

A second foreign language is an advantage. In addition, you feel at home in a team and you are flexible in terms of working hours.
