Shift Leader - 09/04/19
As shift leader your duties will include assisting with training requirements in Reception and to liaise with all relevant departments to ensure guest service is maintained to the hotels unrivalled standards. You will assist in achieving the departmental objectives of maximising occupancy, maintaining and building on the reputation of the hotel and ensuring that business objectives are accomplished.

| Vereiste vaardigheden: | You will be an excellent and natural communicator with exceptional people skills and ideally have experience within a similar role within a quality hotel environment. You will be fully conversant with standard PC packages and computerised property management systems. Passionate about your team and service delivery, you will be confident and lead by example, with the ability to prioritise effectively and enjoy taking the initiative to deliver exceptional service and practical solutions. We are looking for an applicant with exceptional guest service skills who thrives under pressure, can demonstrate outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, show initiative and has the skills to deal with any situation that may arise with tact and diplomacy. | |||||
