Income Auditor - 06/09/23

What’s the job? As a Income Auditor you are a valuable member of the Finance team, assisting with the processing of invoices and statements. Your day-to-day •Balance and audit all Front Office postings & settlements •Verify all departments posted their revenues •Verify, monitor and review all hotel reports and night audit reports •Be responsible for month-end deadlines & schedules •Reply to the Credit Card Charge Backs and response to all credit card inquiries •Reconcile Credit Card commissions on a daily basis •Reconcile the F&B point of sale system for each outlet •Monitor Front Office rebates •Review F&B voids to verify authorization and adequate back-up information •Prepare “Daily Operational Package” that is routed to GM, Controller, F&B Director & Revenue Director •Daily cash reports from operations •Report any discrepancies to the Audit Supervisor on a daily basis •Complete various other accounting tasks and duties as required by accounting management
