Sales Executive - 12/01/24

• Experience with hands-on business development and a proven track record in achieving sales results • Co-create the M&E strategy & Client experience with your supervisor. • Receiving and processing Sales / Meetings & Events requests in an efficient, friendly and professional manner as well as timely manner. • Performing site inspections with customers as part of the selling process. • Establishing contracts and legal documents with the client. • Ability to actively 'hunt' new business with drive and determination to achieve targets • Understanding the competitive landscape, local and feeder market dynamics, and changing customer needs to ensure property success. • Prepare, analyze and write reports to outline business progress and opportunities. • Records the statistics of he/his sales accounts. • Ensure that all sales related activities support customer satisfaction, retention and new business development goals. • Meets budgeted sales and profit margins for group business, by soliciting, selling, and confirming business as required. • Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong ability to build and develop long lasting relationships with clients • Sound business acumen with strong negotiation and closing skills • Ability to effectively manage time, priorities and achieve deadlines • Articulate verbal and written communication skills • Professional personal presentation representing Tangla Hotel brand with pride and conviction • Conducts outside sales calls to solicit existing and new guests. • Participation at tradeshows, forums and workshops – also non country based events • Increases sales volume and profitability (YOY). • Keeps Sales Department informed of group booking status during the Sales and Revenue meetings.
