Barman/Barmaid - 05/02/24
Tasks: - To supervise the setting up of the bar: control the stock, fill the fridge with drinks, prepare the necessary things, take the orders. - To set up for aperitifs, cocktails and longdrinks. - To serve the customers: doses and mixes the drinks. - To provide explanations regarding the composition and taste of beverages - To prepare small hot and cold snacks - To ensure a relaxed atmosphere in the bar - To prepare the bill and check the money returned, the account assignment in the cash register. - To collect and sort the empties, to wash the glasses... - To clean the bar and maintain the bar counter - To keep the bar and counter clean and tidy
