General Manager Aspria Brussels Royal La Rasante - 23/06/21
As General Manager you will strive to develop the Club business in line with company mission. You will be fully responsible of successfully running the club on a day-to-day basis whilst achieving budgeted revenue & profit, delivering brand values and highest membership engagement & satisfaction. You will support & develop teams to continuously aim for extra-ordinary & personalized service levels. | Compétences requises: | • 8+ years’ experience as a senior manager ideally gained in the hospitality, facility management, fitness or retail sector • University degree in relevant managerial area • Experience of business development and a proven track record of commercial successes, delivering effective ROI • High degree of business awareness and commercial acumen • Ability to prioritise workload and to adapt to meet changing deadlines and priorities • Experience in managing managers • Proven communication and influencing skills • Self-driven & ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial approach • Strong written & verbal English. Fluent in French. Dutch is a plus. • Good Microsoft skills & experience in compiling and presenting analysis of data at board level | |||||
