Shift Leader / Manager on duty - 20/10/21

As Shift leader your duties will include assisting with training requirements in Reception and to liaise with all relevant departments to ensure guest service is maintained to the hotels unrivalled standards. You will assist in achieving the departmental objectives of maximising occupancy, maintaining and building on the reputation of the hotel and ensuring that business objectives are accomplished. You will be an excellent and natural communicator with exceptional people skills and ideally have experience within a similar role within a quality hotel environment. You will be the point of contact for our guests and colleagues while management is not present.
