Account Manager - 08/06/22

As an account Manager at The Dominican, you will have to : - Prospect and manage the local & international corporate market by call, visit & mail. - Prospect and manage the local & international governmental / institutional market by call, visit & mail. - Prospect and manage the local & international MICE market by call, visit & mail. - Prospect and manage the local international leisure market by call, visit & mail. - Mapp the booking pattern of all contracted partners and approach the bookers (travel agents, management assistants, others…) Will be handled by weekly reporting on production and early trend detection - Assist the DOS towards the establishment and execution of the annual sales & marketing plan (including activity calendar). - Be pro-active mindset on future action in order to keep all segments stable vs budget - Ensure Presence / assistance on fairgrounds. - Handle RFP’s. - Organize site inspections. - Liaise with Design Hotels. - Follow-up the Weekly / monthly reporting of all activities. - Ensure the replacement of absent team members due to illness or holidays (banqueting / marketing / reservations).

Compétences requises:		You have a genuine interest for hospitality and assisting guests. You preferable have previous experience(s) in Sales in a similar hotel . You possess excellent grooming standards, excellent communication skills and persuasive power. You are self-confident and open minded. You live with a true hospitality DNA and a fun person to work with.
