Lead: On an operational level, you lead the Reception Team by example, interact with our guests and actively contribute to the excellence of the department. Execute: You ensure that all tasks are followed up to keep the highest standards linked with the operational front of the house & back office work. Collaborate: You will ensure the smooth running & coordination of the department, supervising and motivating the team at all time. Happy employees create happy customers. As part of the Front Office Team, you will also perform shifts as Manager on Duty on a regular base (guest handling, operational support to all departments, safety & security checks, etc.) also during weekends and bank holidays. Compétences requises: | Our perfect match ❤ Experience in Front Office department. You have previous experience in Front Office in a similar position or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar Hotel capacity. Customer oriented. Making people happy is your priority. You adapt to the changing needs of our guests. Communication. You love being in contact with both guests and colleagues in English and French, Dutch and every other language is a plus. Engagement & Loyalty. Being involved and invested daily. You adapt easily to people and situations and are willing to work during weekends and bank holidays. Team player.
