| Vereiste vaardigheden: | • As a GSA you have only 1 mission: Contaminate your guests with your love, joy and happiness. • You do not hand out a key during check in...You hand out a smile duringwelcome, you make your guests feel at ease and explain them all they need to know about their home for the day, family and neighborhood. • You do not take food and drink orders….you give advice while talking with your guests. • You do not say “Sir” or “Madam”…you call them by their name because you care. • You do not say goodbye….You wish them safe travels and until next time. In a nutshell…We are not asking you to be a hotel professional with years of experience on the meter. If you do….great. However, what we really want is that you are a people person. Somebody that loves to love and cares to care. All the rest…..we have it covered. | |||||
