Internship Housekeeping Supervisor - Pillows Grand Hotel Place Rouppe (available from May 2019) - 17/04/19

Your role During your internship you will assist our Housekeeping manager. You will focus primarily on the operations side but you will get to know all the aspects of the department. Together with the Manager and Assistant Manager, you will be charge of inspecting rooms for our guests prior to arrival, follow up the cleaning team and room attendants, and the stock management. You will constantly be in contact with the operational teams of the hotel (Front Office, Guest Services and Food & Beverage), making sure our guests (and VIPS) are perfectly taken care off. We will help you in developing your leadership competences as well as your knowledge and experience in one of the most important departments of the hotel.

Vereiste vaardigheden:		Who are you? Is guest-oriented service your first and second nature? Do you want to learn everything there is to know about the hotel in a luxury establishment? Check your profile; - You are currently pursuing a degree in hospitality. An internship is an integral part of your education. - Available for at least three months. - A natural host with an operational mindset who strives to exceed our guest's expectations. - A flexible and enthusiastic team player who is eager to learn and develop him/herself in a luxury establishment. - A sponge who absorbs knowledge and experience and uses it to excel in everything he/she undertakes. - Convinced that it's all about the team, not the individual. Impeccable communication skills oral and written in Dutch and/or French and English. Any other language is a plus.
