Revenue Manager - 22/06/18

To strategically coordinate the revenue management processes, maximizing the hotel’s rooms revenue and profitability. This is accomplished by managing and maintaining inventory controls, developing, monitoring and adjusting sales and pricing strategies, analyzing demand factors, forecasting and budgeting, competitive analysis, and maintaining distribution channel data integrity. Embrace Hotel Amigo and Rocco Forte culture, standards and implement all rooms (individuals and groups) revenue management procedures and projects. Actively finds Revenue opportunities, works with the sales and the groups’ teams on new Revenue Management projects and fosters Profit driven innovation for the hotel.

Vereiste vaardigheden:		● Well developed interpersonal, adaptive influencing and supervisory management skills ● High level of motivation, determination and commitment. ● Strong sense of need for achievement of goals and KPIs ● Sound ability and knowledge to develop standards of operations and strategic processes ● Good analytical and numeric skills for fast data collection and interpretation ● Ability to work under own initiative in a highly pressured environment ● Good listening skills and the ability to anticipate business needs ● Able to develop relationships with 3rd parties and the hotel teams ● Capacity to read situation, understand environments and respond accordingly ● Capable of prioritizing between revenue generating actions and time consuming tasks with low yield impact ● Strong team player ● Able to create strategy to drive business ● Good communications and presentation skills to lead Forecast Meetings, Revenue Strategy Meetings and Budget Presentations. ● Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and manage day to day yield operations ● Further enhance revenue management operations, procedures and best practices ● Identify new revenue opportunities ● Optimize daily, weekly and monthly reporting
