Kitchen Porter - 16/10/18

- Turn on the dishwasher, ensure the necessary addition of soap, rinse aid, descaler. - Collect and sort the dishes according to the type (glasses, plates, cups, cutlery, etc.). - Throw garbage and food scraps in garbage cans, sort garbage. - Arrange the dishes in the baskets according to the type, place them in the dishwasher or in the rinsing tanks. - Cleans pots and pans. - Exits the cleaned dishes from the machine, in control, the cleanliness and disposes it to the appropriate places (carts, shelves, cupboards); store the cutlery, wipe the services (eg glasses). - Regularly checks the operation of the machine (hot water, detergent products) and regularly renews the water in the rinsing tanks. - Cleans the dishwasher after use, cleans the filters and dish trays. - Maintains and cleans workplaces and installations (brush, scrape, degrease, disinfects, and.); performs various cleaning tasks. - Gather the trash bag. - Report defects or breakage. - Helping colleagues. - Wash, soak, scrape, degrease and disinfect large dishes, kitchen appliances and appliances (pots, hot showers, fridges, trolleys, hobs, water baths, fries, ovens, hoods, strainers, ladles, etc.) .)
