Mobilises all players in the continuous improvement dynamics (process, indicators, follow-up etc) In conjunction with the Heads of Department and Team Leaders, builds up the processes, actions and working methods needed to fulfil the brand's customer promise Contributes to the development of service offers, by providing regular feedback to brand level Makes recommendations and propositions to the managers. Ensures that the modules on standards implementation, internal surveys, audits, social media are deployed, used and understood. Responds to guest comments and monitors correspondence with the guest. Ensures that all departments deliver and maintain a consistent guest service in a disciplined manner and thus convey an excellent overall image of the hotel. Challenges the heads of department to reach the targets set by the brand and by the hotel.
