House Restaurant & Bar Service: Perform Daily Restaurant operations (Breakfast, Lunch & Diner Taking orders & Serving at the Oui bar and Restaurant. Organisation & Coordination of the Meetings and Events. Participate to the daily operational duties (set-up and storage). Kitchen/Stewarding: -Bring orders to the Kitchen -Prepare and serve the dishes -Refill the Breakfast Buffet Front Office: -You welcome guests, take them through the registration steps (if they haven’t already done it on line) and give them relevant Venue & destination information. -Follow Hi-All Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) including registration, credit approval, billing, reservations & communications. -You thank guests and help them with the check-out
