Shift Leader Front Office - 17/05/19

In the position of Shift Leader Front Office you are operational at the hotel on a daily basis and you are responsible for the entire hotel under the leadership of the Regional Manager. You maintain and monitor the quality of the products and services and you ensure a good presentation of the hotel. You lead a team of enthusiastic employees. Together with the reception staff you are the first point of contact for all our guests. Supervising and instructing the supervisors / employees of the housekeeping staff is an important part of this position. The rooms are checked daily by the manager. You also contribute in various ways to ensure that our guests receive the best possible care. You supervise the correct execution of procedures and easyHotel values. You provide input for the development of the product and service offering for local arrangements and activities. The work includes administrative work, among other things.

Vereiste vaardigheden:		* You are looking for a full-time job (38 hours) ▪ You breathe hospitality, customer satisfaction and enthusiasm ▪ You have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position ▪ You speak French and English fluently. More languages, especially Dutch is an advantage ▪ You live in the region ▪ You like to act in a challenging working environment ▪ You are flexible ▪ You are representative ▪ You dare to take responsibility ▪ You can work independently and in team work
