Night Auditor - 28/12/19

Main purpose of the job : We seek a colleague who likes to think independently, dares to ask questions and takes his own initiative. You are engaged and personal in your meeting with guests and colleagues. Your primary task, together with the reception team, is to create a consistently good atmosphere and service to our hotel guests. Responsibilities / Tasks : ◾Check-in / Check-out ◾Assist and inform guests ◾Act as manager on duty in absence of hotel management, ensure guests’safety and look for hotel security, deal with complaints ◾Perform end of days routines ◾Generate and control payments reports, handle cash box ◾Check night reports and prepare morning reports for front office and restaurant ◾Handle commissions ◾Help kitchen with room service
