Area Individual Reservations Agent - 10/10/23

Check availability of accommodation on the customer’s desired dates Make reservations for customers based on their requirements and budgets Answer any questions customers might have about the reservation process Process payments and sending confirmation details Solve any issues that may arise with bookings of reservations Up-sell by informing of additional services or packages Provide support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation Advise customers about local attractions and places of interest

Vereiste vaardigheden:		Independent. You work independently and are well organised. However, you also love to collaborate and work closely with others. Positive. You have a positive attitude; you are discreet and used to handle confidential affairs. Accurate. You are detailed oriented and you have excellent customer service skills Communicator. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French and/or Dutch; other languages are a plus. Experience. A first experience in the hotel sector is certainly an advantage. Flexible. You adapt easily to people and situations.
