REPLACEMENT CONTRACT THE ROLE As Chef de Rang, you will mainly be responsible for the next duties: • Serving food and drinks during the opening hours as well as preparing and maintaining the restaurant for the daily business • Controlling if the service of the team is appropriate and the restaurant is in good conditions • Ensuring customers satisfaction by providing high quality services • Providing efficient, prompt, courteous, trouble-free and proactive service to customers and colleagues, hence maximizing guest satisfaction
