THE ROLE Welcoming the guests, performing check-ins and check-outs, giving information about facilities and surroundings, booking rooms, handling guest payments, reservations. Proactively addressing guest complains and issues to ensure they are recovered in a swift, efficient manner. Ensure correct invoicing & checking shift revenues
